T-Mobile is offering "FamilyWhere" in which the "Primary" phone on the account can receive GPS location of any phone on the account at any time. I am assuming that the location of the phone is in "real time." It is only $9.99/Mo. Any phone can be located, but some are easier than others. Right now there's a 30 day free trial. Installation does not specify that anything needs to be done to the phones to be located. If you have T-Mobile its worth a look. If you don't, check your own carrier in the area of "Parental Controls" for a corresponding plan.

That is awesome! Another way to get GPS on phones is to install eblaster or flexispy.

Verizon has the same capability. The huge drawback to this system is that a message is sent to the receiving phone notifying it that it is being located.
Kind of defeats the purpose. Check this out before you sign up.
