We have Yahoo/ATT email. I installed Webwatcherdata.com on the home "target" computer. I was away the other day and saw on Webwatcherdata.com where WH and OW had exchanged emails. I quickly went into WH's email options and put my email address in to forward any emails sent to WH to my email inbox. When I returned I checked his email at the target computer. I then sent OW a quick email from WH's email (as WH). OW quickly responded and this email was copied into my inbox, but OW's email DID NOT go into WH's inbox. I do not know where it went. WH must have his email set up that specific email addresses are diverted to another location which WH must separately access. I have looked for information and I can't find any information to explain how this is set up to enable their communication. I rechecked the mail options and I see nothing that explained how to do this. If anyone knows, can you explain or direct me to info to explain how this is happening? WH does not have a "Smartphone" or anything fancy. Thanks.

Yes, he has a secret folder on his email account and he has emails from her directed there. If you look through his folders you should find it. Also, if you check the options on his email, you will see he has her emails flagged to go into this folder.

Dontlie, look under the trash folder for a section called "folders." Look in there for a folder. Also check the spam folder.

When you set it to forward, did you check the box to 'keep a copy in my inbox'? I am not familiar with your email program, but with mine, you can have them forwarded, and they either get entirely forwarded with no copy left behind (like what you're experiencing) or YOU HAVE TO SELECT to keep a copy in your inbox (or his).
Check that before you get too freaked out.

OK, I've looked to see if he had any "Filters," but there are none being used. I looked thoroughly in the mail options and I am not finding anything. I don't see an option to check to leave a copy in WH's inbox where I added my email address to forward the email. I've looked through all of the folders there and I don't see any used for her emails (even mislabeled.) I checked and WH doesn't seem to have the emails forwarded to Outlook, even though WH is familiar with it. I don't know where else to look. WH was outside practically all day with no use of the target computer, so he could not have gotten to it without me looking. Also, I will know if he sees it because he will be ticked off when he reads OW's reply.

Can you access his outlook email account? If he has outlook software set up he could be retreiving it that way.

I've tried to go into Outlook, It starts asking to be set up. So, I don't think that he is using it because it isn't set up. I forwarded WH an email to test the forwarding feature. The copy of what I sent him was not retained in the inbox. So, WH can't get any emails because in Yahoo if they are forwarded (to me), the email is not retained in the original inbox. I did see where Yahoo mail had an email/chat feature. It explains how the user can email and if the recipient is available, it activates the "chat" feature. I went back in the computer's history and I see where only ATT mail is accessed. I think that they are using the email/chat feature in Yahoo mail and he is erasing emails when read. With the keylogger, I see "chat" material that did not get forwarded as email. So I just figured a way around this issue. I just added his email account to my Blackberry. It serves the same purpose because I still get a copy of what goes into his inbox. And its probably better because if he gets wise and checks his options, he would see where his email is being forwarded to me. That may be the best I can do under these circumstances.

The chat works without having to email. You can always click chat and put the user name in
