I would also recommend you 'go dark'. Not to get this guy back, but to give you a little healing space. Just cut him out completely and build an entirely new life for yourself.

Protect your bank accounts before you light the fuse on the bomb.
Also pull a copy of your own credit reports. Check for any loans or credit accounts that may have been opened in your name.
