I apologize in advance if this topic has been covered on MB forums - I tried to search but was not able to find more in-depth practice-oriented information.

To those of you who successfully executed Plan A and fully recovered your marriages, can you please share your recommendations on how to effectively carry out Plan A?

My main question is how to overcome resentment toward WS, maintain composure and avoid love busters in the early stages of Plan A when WS is still in the withdrawal mode and my emotional wounds are so raw? I am 2 weeks into of Plan A with a fully verified NC and so far can characterise the progress as one step forward, three steps back. I am having difficulty with controlling my anger and emotions which seems to further alienate WH. In a few days we will be leaving on a 2-week family vacation, which WH views as the first opportunity to rebuild our marriage, and I am hopeful that it will be easier to carry out Plan A while being away from our home environment. However, in the meantime, I am finding myself obsessed with the details of the A and overwhelmed with deep resentment towards WH who is not at the moment appearing to be remourseful or regretting his A. And this is killing me.

Quovadis,

It'd be good if you could maintain one thread as it helps people remember the particulars of your situation.
