My husband and I have been married for 4 years when we first met I was able to openly be flirtatious with my now husband and he would flirt in return. Slowly over the years, the flirting slowly went down to a minimum. I miss those days of flirting and joking. I try to flirt with my husband but am met with a total brick wall in my face or a look of 'are you kidding me?' I like to show that I care through flirting but didn't know if it made him uncomfortable. So I asked one day when I got a brick wall response to my flirting if I made him uncomfortable and he said no. So every once in a great while I would flirt or am hinting that I would like something more (sex) and am now met with excuses, lack of any sort of enthusiasm and or a brick wall. It is really making me feel inadequate as a wife if I can't get any sort of response from him. To the point where it is weighing on our marriage and my self esteem. I am beginning to feel anger towards him. It feels like If he is rejecting my love and want for spontonaety (he also has told me he wants more of). I just don't understand. Is there something I am missing??

Have you stopped your IB?
Are you getting 20 hours of UA time every week?

HelloB, this sounds very suspicious to me. Men don't usually throw up a brick wall to flirty wives, unless there is something BIG distracting them. Having been burned once, and now with my guard up, I'd look for evidence, and opportunity.

How are you spending your time alone together each week? And how are you measuring how much it is?
If you are serious about saving your marriage, you can't get it all on this forum. You've got to listen to the Marriage Builders Radio show, every day. Install the app!
