My husband can access my iPad and I'm wondering how do ii know if he is spying on me"? Or if there's a key logger on my iPad? He's funny about not letting me use his and not sure if he's trying to keep me from seeing his porn hist etc or if hes spying on me. Maybe I'm just paranoid since he's given reason not to trust him.

I'm not sure how this would apply to an iPad, but for a regular computer (non-Apple) you'd check your anti-virus program for a list of exceptions or files that it has been told to ignore when scanning. These exceptions are typically the keylogger program and must be listed or the anti-virus will kill the program.
Whether iPads have anti-virus or not, I couldn't say. You could always take it to an Apple store and see what they say.
