What I have noticed with this forum is sooner or later the poster's true colors come through. As more information is revealed you can get a peak into their character.
I am starting to organize many into the Renter, Freeloader, and Buyer categories ... both WS and BS ... I love Dr. Harley's books. They make life much clearer.
