Try googling the phone number in quotes. I have had success with that.

No luck with googling the number. I'm in the UK so its more difficult.
She of the opinion that because she told me she didnt love me anymore and wanted to end it that its ok to do what she's doing.
She's got a new phone. Told not to do her A in the house and around the kids. Told she can move out, leave the kids and carry on wherever. She said she wasnt contacting OM but then said she can do whatever she wants and I should stop snooping around as we were over anyway.

Hmm, its not possible to get a reverse lookup in UK far as I know, its against the UK data protection act for services to identify people from their number.
Is it a landline or mobile number? If a landline it may be worth calling and trying to catch his wife on that number. Is there an area code?
What about looking up his name on the electoral roll? Try 192.com - it costs a bit, but worth it. Assuming he uses real name. Have you checked FB for that name? He would need an FB account or twitter with the same name for the ladies.
Attack the problem with snooping tools. A keylogger will prob flush him out or spyware on her phone.
