I would like help creating a plan. Should I make a plan identifying my needs and have him do the same and we can work on each others needs, I am not sure what I should do to get started. We are financially short so if I can avoid buying something it is preferred. I was looking at the 5 steps book. Is it worth the buy?

http://www.marriagebuilders.com/graphic/mbi8114_plan.htmlWelcome to MB. I would stick with MB material, because it lays out an entire and effective plan.

You can find His Needs, Her Needs and Lovebusters very inexpensive on used book sites, like Amazon. The workbook, 5 steps, I have not found used, but they could be out there.
Much of the material is available here on the site, free. i would start with reading the link I provided, and follow the links and read all that, too.

If you are only going to buy one book I'd get Fall In love, Stay In Love. I feel it summarizes Dr Harley's overall approach to making marriages great.

The workbook is cheap, around $11 on this website. You can get a free book by emailing the radio show with your question. That is how I initially got all my books.
