I just remembered a way to get into your PC if you dont have the password for it. Its not 100% chance of getting in as occasionally this "back door password bypass" gets locked during the install of windows. However .. there is a chance that this will work and it will not hurt to try it.
At the login screen where it asks for your password, press CTRL-ALT-DEL 2 times. This will or should bring up another login screen. Type in Admin or Administrator as the username and leave the password blank. Press enter and BAM your in like Flynn. Now you can install whatever spyware you need to monitor all the user accounts.
BUT .. like i said. It doesn't always work. But its worth a shot.
