Forum recommends the MB online program. Does this program address the affair? Should I be reading SA first, work through that then MB program? So much information on forum it can be confusing. Both me and WS are wanting to move forward towards recovery just unclear of right path.

Other than exposing to your children did you expose to anyone else?

Will he write the NC letter?

Are you not doing the poly?

bewildered, it's best to stick to one thread so we can get a glimpse of your whole situation and see how best to advise you.

IF your husband is on board with recovery, if he has established no contact and complete transparency, if he is remorseful and wanting to rebuild your marriage then YES the online program is absolutely right for you! You will get great help from Dr. Harley and his coaches on staff.

But if your husband is still in contact with the other woman, for example working with her or whatever, then no, the online program is not right for you, because you are not in recovery.

But I can't tell any of that from this thread; I'd have to go to your other threads to see that.

If you are serious about saving your marriage, you can't get it all on this forum. You've got to listen to the Marriage Builders Radio show, every day. Install the app!

If your wife is not on board with MB, some of my posts to other men might help you.
