Nothing can change fundamentally until *we* change fundamentally. It doesn't matter if we marry a different spouse, take another job, or move to another country. *We* will be the same: we will interpret our world the same way and others will likely respond to us the same way. The details of our days may distinguish them from one another, but their substance will not change. (See Bonds That Make Us Free, p.307-8) This institute's philosophy brings me great peace whenever I feel conflicted. I thought I'd share.
