Read the link. The OWH went to the OM to rehire his OW/WW.

The OM said to the OWH that he was tempted that he would eventually try to have an affair with OW.

This OWH/BH is certifiable because he still supported that his WW/OW go to court and fight her termination.

The article did not say if the OWH knew about the sexual inuendos being exchanged.

In our case, even after knowing about the affair, the OWH pleaded with me to let my husband continue in his job (same location as OW) for another two years, until original planned retirement date. Didn't happen! I was nearly convinced I was the unreasonable one though.
