In my personal opinion, December 15th should be declared National Marriage Day, and a Presidential proclamation should be issued extolling the benefits to society of happy marriages, praising Dr. and Mrs. Harley for their accomplishments as well as their contributions to the marriages of the world, and proclaiming the marriage of Dr. and Mrs. Harley to be a national treasure. I think other world Heads of State should join in as well.
