I would like to propose a challenge to other couples or individuals following MB plan for the month of February!

Take the time (UA time) to get out in nature (everyday if you can) and try to find objects or symbols of 'hearts' in your natural surroundings. Could be a rock, a leaf, a cloud formation, an imprint naturally found in the soil or snow.....

Maybe take a photo and if possible and post it here. (I'm not sure how to do this myself)

Or come back here and post a description of your findings or a description of your experience.

We can all use inspiration from nature, our Higher Power, Spirit ...and best of all getting out, being mindful and spending time together promotes health and healing. Priceless!

If you are separated or walking alone for some reason this challenge can still benefit your health and spirit.

Go to www.tinypic.com .. upload the image. use the [ img ] code it gives you from a list of ways to post your image on different things ... and post that entire link in your post.

It will look similar as quoting here ... it will start and end with the [ img ] and [ /img ] with the link in between them. (note i added spaces after the [ just so you can see what your looking for.
