How do you know this? Have you seen the divorce? Spoken to him?

What reason do you have to believe it is over?

And why would she be "angry" if the affair has been over for years? That doesn't make any sense.

She was really nice when I spoke with her and she said that I needed to know everything and was going to tell me when it all finished but my husband asked her not to as he wanted to tell me.

How do I put spyware on a phone without him knowing - is that legal?

and how do I find out if she is really divorced without knowing how to contact her husband?

She was angry because I wasn't exactly that nice to her as I was so upset at the time

So you really have no idea when it ended or if it ended, do you?

There are several different spyware programs. A good one is eblaster because it is cheaper [$65] and it has built in GPS. It works on android and blackberry. [spectorsoft.com] Flexispy [flexispy.com] works on many other phones but is pricey if you get the GPS.

Start checking the internet, ie: intelius.com, facebook, google. Check with her county courthouse and see if there is any record of divorce. You can probably get her husbands name from intelius.com. Look him up in whitepages.com and see where he lives.

Do a reverse look up on her phone # at whitepages.com.

How,

Listen to Mel, the first time I found out my wife had an affair I didn't expose her and the affair. I keep her secret and guess what that did for me? She had another affair, if you don't expose your spouse they will do it again and you will have to live with that pain twice. Learn from my mistakes. I wish I would have listened to Mel and the others her the first time my family might not be in jeopardy. Listen to the people here they are only trying to help.

I would quietly do some sleuthing on your own. Get a keylogger on his computer, put spyware on his phone and find her husband. Find out if she is divorced and if so, when it happened. Her husband may have divorced her over this affair.

Nothing they tell you is likely true. Nothing. So you have to quietly find out on your own. And when you find out the facts, you definitely should expose it.

Have you gone and checked to see if the OW has a Facebook page tonight? Go look and if she doesn't, try signing out as yourself and signing in as your husband to see if you can see her. If you can find her, then copy and paste all her contacts into a word doc for safekeeping. See if you can find her husband on her Facebook page.

I have already found her on Facebook and I setup a new account and sent a friend request and she accepted so I have completely checked that out.

I am trying to find divorce info now but it says I have to go into the office and search archives. That's not able to happen considering I am in Australia and they are in Chicago

You should be able to check the court records in Chicago. Did you go and copy and paste all her contacts into a word doc like I instructed?

Go through them and see if you can identify a husband or her husbands family. See if you can find her parents.

Here is a public records directory in Chicago: http://publicrecords.onlinesearches.com/IL_Cook.htm

There is nothing I can do about that, I can't stop her all I can do is hope that my husband uses his brain. If not see you later!!!
