I've come to realize that throughout our dating and marriage, I have always felt rejected by husband. And no matter how I try to tell him about it, I'm always the one with the problem. Basically their my feelings, or issues, so I Have to Deal with it. I choose how I feel. He didn't make me feel this way.

Actually, Dr Harley would probably disagree with you here.
How you feel about your H is dependent on how he treats you.

Have you familiarized yourself with The Love Bank concept?

Welcome to MB Megan. This site really can help. be truthful and ask for clarity on things you dont fully understand.

We can guide you. Feelings follow actions and that is the mantra around here. Listen to the vets they will not steer you wrong. Sometimes you may hear things you dont like .. but thats all part of the process. Dont be discouraged.. stick with it .. vent .. and read all you can.

Have you been assaulting your husband?

I now read the posts of your hushand also. Could you be more specific? How does he reject your feelings?
