I never would have guessed you had come through so many trials. You have just seemed so strong and knowledgeable to me. (Which you are - I guess it's maybe because of everything you've been through).

You mentioned throwing a bag at your husband once and having to deal with the police afterward. What, dare I ask, was in the bag?

If it makes for a better story, you could always say that you had just taken the dog out for a walk...

Thanks for asking. It was a bag full of coins/change about 3 pounds worth. Yes they confiscated it for evidence and wouldn't give it back until we completed all of our court ordered counseling and anger managemnet. I was horrbile with my AO and DJs. I received the worse of the punishment because I was the offender. The cops also told me I could not kick him out and change the locks (I tried and the cops were called over) because his name was on the house. I was charged with DV. What was so ironic was I was the one who called the cops but because I threw the bag I was charged with the worse offense. By the law, they were supposed to take one of us (which would have been me) to jail but my husband asked them not to.

I have come along way.
