Why was a swat team at your house? Why did you do jail time? Bb, I have had a SWAT team at my house. What did you do to deserve this honor?

a guy told the police a had trash bags of mj....which was not true...they got a search warrant and busted my door down... I was honest with them and i had a small amount for personal use.. I was in jail for 2 days until i bonded out
and was on house arrest for 3 months with 6 months probation...It is not illegal in some states now....

Unless it is not illegal in YOUR state, or you are in a medical marijuana state and have a medical use card, bringing up the legality of it is not relevant - holding something illegal is holding something illegal.

This isn't a test. This is the real deal. I wonder how serious you are about all of this. From your W's thread: (You need to stay away from her thread) it wasnt the swat team...just a few county deputies and state police : Seriously? Do you realize how this sounds? Your W has law enforcement in your home and a gun pulled to her head because of, I presume, something you did. And instead of being apologetic and remorseful you want to argue specifics. Statements like this will definitely play into our opinion of where mel needs to go from here. Uncaring, self centered, selfish people sometimes just never get what it takes to have a happy healthy marriage. From what I gather you�re so angry at her that you can�t give an inch. Also you've made some comments about unhappiness with yourself.
So ... Why not change that? Why not do something to make yourself feel better? One of the best things you can do is be a better person and also work to have a better relationship with your W. Stop all the negative crap and start doing something positive.

It was to loud....she came downstairs to tell me.....i am ashamed now for being inconsiderate to her..i did apologize to her in our first email this morning ....headphones is a great idea....i woke up with my arm hurting from an injury and was doing something trying to take my mind off it...

I asked her to be patient with me when my injury was getting worse.....she really did not seem to care....dont think the pain medicine is helping either....i go to the dr. soon...

Have you never been aware that loud music in the wee small hours is a nuisance to people who are trying to sleep? Is this the first you've heard of this fact? Admit it.
