I just got a letter in the mail that a tax lien on my house that my XW had the judge steal from me has been satisfied when she sold my house.

It was the HUGE amount of taxes I owed from when she raped my retirement and left me holding the tax bill. I couldn't pay it and since we were married until the decree was signed by the judge, legally the taxes were community property so they got a judgement in absentia and put the lien on the house.

She still had enough left to buy herself a new Lexus, but I hope it annoyed her to give up that money. She can try to sue me for half, but I have already paid over half and she would owe me even more and I would get to argue my $30K in medicals were half hers too since we were married at the time.

I know she won't take that gamble.

Pariah, good to see you around! I'm glad it worked out in the end. I remember your parrot videos were a great distraction from the mess, but I don't think I posted a thanks to you at the time, so thanks belatedly smile

We got in a half dozen orphaned baby owls at the center for birds of prey.

I am happy.
