jailbroken allows 3rd party programs to operate within the apple/ipad/iphone iOs, since apple patched its operating system back in December, keylogger/spy programs don't work quiet the same anymore. If the device is sync'd it will automatically stop the 3rd party program. Its becoming very hard to stay ahead of the game now, unless the device is in your name, its also very illegal.
