Markos hasn't had an AO in 9 months. He hasn't brought up past mistakes or been disrespectful or demanding for almost 2 months. He says that I haven't lovebusted him, either, in quite a while.

We are going on dates regularly. Our UA time is wonderful for both of us. We miss each other desperately when we are apart.

This is the longest we've been happy in a long time. I think maybe we're finally getting it smile

This update gives me hope. We are like you in a place like you used to be.

I think it's called the Cabbage Soup Diet. Basically it's eating a whole lot of fruits and veggies, a limited amount of meat, and no sweets or breads. I diet for a week at a time, then take a break. I have found that the weight doesn't come back when I stop dieting, because I continue to count calories and control portion sizes.

I was going to the gym for awhile and loved weight lifting, but we had to cancel our membership since they stopped providing childcare. So, now, I'm started a Couch to 5k walking program. Hoping to walk a 5k in June with my sisters!

Diet for a week at a time? I could do that. Too bad I'd also have to count calories on the off weeks. smile how long are your off weeks? One?

Congratulations to both of you! That's so great to hear how happy the both of you are!

So, now, I'm started a Couch to 5k walking program.

Bride undertook one of those last year. She just finished her THIRD 5K walk/run since September.

I wish you the same success with that as the pair of you seem to be having with your marriage.
