If you want your marriage to survive she must leave that job or he must leave. Your Marriage will never make it. Your Marriage depends on them never having contact again for life.

Her going to work everyday and seeing this man is like the affair being active every time they see each other.

You also need to call and talk to his wife. She needs to be told and put pressure on his side.

So, you're okay with that?? You're not going to call her because of that? Vincent, you're going to have to step up to the plate, here, and call this woman. Do not wuss out on this! I'm getting the impression that you are not a confrontational person, correct? If that's the case, you need to DROP that and suit up, friend. If you want to save your marriage, you need to be ready to confront OM and let him know that Hell is coming his way. You need to call his wife and let her know what has been going on with her husband and your wife.

And while you're talking to her, I would also suggest you let her know that you intend to consult an attorney regarding any potential conflicts at their place of employment.

Do you want to save your marriage, or not?? naughty

he is married
Specifically: did you personally meet with your WW's and OM's supervisor and expose the affair?

I did not personally meet with any of her supervisors became friends with me on facebook for a few hours and then unfriended me. I'm confident everyone at her work kows what she did.

You need to go to HR and expose this.

Are you saying her supervisors condone this kind of behavior?

What kind of job is this that would allow a sexual harassment case and condone it? You need to put the heat on.

Have you read the exposure 101 thread?

If you haven't had a personal meeting with her supervisor to inform him of what his employees are up to, your confidence is misplaced.

I am alarmed at your complacence, Vincent. Do you want to save your marriage, or not?

Well, you are probably going to end up divorced unless you take a more serious approach. You need to expose the affair at work, to the OM's wife, the OM's family and friends and then DEMAND that she leave the job. Please go read the exposure thread in my signature. I don't think you are going to make unless you take a more aggressive path.

Have you confronted the OM?

She liked EA because she was getting something you were not providing. maybe someone pursuing her, maybe someone being dominant? You need to step up, and FIGHT. If she sees you wussing out she will lose respect for you. She may not like what you are saying, but she will at least respect your will to fight.

I don't know what I would say to him. If I demand she quit her job and she says no and wont do it. Do I leave her? She wont leave her job. Maybe once our marriage gets better but not now.

I talked with her today. I believe she is interested in finding another EA.

AFTER you tell his wife, parents, friends and family that he had an affair with your wife, you can go have a man to man with him. Leave your pistol in the car when you go and inform him that hell is coming his way if he ever speaks to your wife again. Do a quick search on the adultery laws in your state and see if you can sue that POS. If so, let him know he can be expecting a lawsuit.

No, but she would probably need to look for other digs because recovery is impossible unless she leaves that job. I would formally expose the affair to the Director of Human Resources, a key VP and her supervisor. Use the template in my exposure thread.

That would look really nice on a billboard, don't ya think?

You need to expose her affair wide and far. She is looking for more action because there were no consequences from the last one.

Good man! And don't forewarn her. Just let all hell break loose and send the cockroaches scampering!

I was kidding about the billboard!! grinBut you should do the equivalent of putting it on a billboard. Inform all your friends and family members about her affair with POSOM. START WITH the OM's wife, though.

Does this piece of crap have a facebook page?
