With who???? Everyone here says it is a waste of time to go to a counselor?? My husband doesn't really trust them either... So... what should I do?

No.
Everyone here says ~~~> for marriage saving plans, THIS is the place to be.

If you are having problems with your own mental health, you may want to ask to be accessed by an MD level practitioner who specializes in such things.

If you are not having problems with your own mental health, then MB to the letter will make sense to you and you will be able to make measurable progress to improve your marriage. MB is very much behavioral based. Just like dog training! LOL rotflmao

There are some posters who don't believe in mental illness here.
But Dr Harley, on his radio show, does not discourage people from mental health treatment.
He does encourage to include the spouse in the treatment plan and placing the marriage as a priority
