Sounds like you should fire your PI and hire MelodyLane.

Google the names and see if you find a photo. Chances are you can rule out the very hairy,obese 77 year old man.
Go on your own stakeout while you wife is at the gym or shopping etc. It's the weekend and people are out doing yard work, walking dogs etc. You know he is out of town. So narrow it down that way. The guy out washing his car today probably isn't him.
Its a long shot, but you can compare the vehicles parked in the spaces at the townhome, with those parked at her work - probably near her car. You might get a match - This method worked for me.

I wouldn't be hard at all to find the one who works at her law firm. You are pretty sure they are coworkers, right? Go on linkedin.com and look up the names. Do a search on intelius.com, peoplefinder.com, facebook. It's not hard at all.

She owns a small practice. Another Attorney and 2 paralegals, plus another business associate. None of them, trust me. I was just assuming that maybe she did a transaction like a motgage broker or something. After hearing the Recorder, I don't know how she met him or who it is.
As for the cars, he's out of town. Be back next week i'm assuming. It could be 1 of 5 townhouses stacked on each other side by side. I checked the records. could be a possibility of anyone. All withing the 40-50 age range except one couple in the 60's.

We found out the OM and his name. She is parked in his garage. PI is leaving. He will run background checks
See if you can find him on facebook. If you can, copy and paste all his contacts into an email or WORD doc for safekeeping. If he has a fb page you need to do this now before we help you blow up his life. Hell is coming his way.

1. his employer 2. marital status and history 3. criminal record 4. names of family, ie: parents, children, wife, siblings - contact information
