From what I understand... the vr s are way more than a lunch price. also I am currently seeing a therapist through militaryonesource.com they provide free counseling as long as I am not being mediated. although I really feel I need xantax and some type of anti depressant. like right now I am so stressed out at work and I'm not even around him. I'm shaking even.

Either get your friend to get a VAR, or use one of the VISA cards you can buy at a grocery store like Susie recommended. But get it ASAP.
And, I suggest you drop the free therapist. You are going through too much trauma for her to be helpful. What you NEED is some medication to help calm you down and to help you think clearly.

From what I understand... the vr s are way more than a lunch price. This kind of misses the point. I gave you a couple of suggestions...but there are other options. Borrow the $$, put it on a credit card, etc. Make it happen. This can't wait.

Cherry, your M is salvageable but you need to keep in mind that your H is a completely fogged out wayward. Try very hard to remind yourself that he is like a crack addict and completely out of his mind right now. We can't help you if we can't get you through step one. We need you to pull yourself together and figure out a way to get that VAR.

Cherry, the people posting to you are friends of your marriage.
They know what they are talking about.
If you keep making excuses about why you can't do this or that, they will slowly start dropping off your thread!
You don't want that! They can help you get far more accomplished than any therapist, and I'll remind you again to look closely at who is advising you.
If they don't have what you want (a successful, happy marriage) then they won't know how to get you there either.
I know this is hard. It can be expensive.
Decide if you want to save your marriage.
If so, DO what it takes! DO IT! Lol

Yes. I am sorry. I totally get what you are saying. ....my fears and anxiety are so parylizing ...I am moving forward with a plan to bring to my friend. I just hope she will help me. We are meeting tonight after I get off work for a "girls night" she is the one who is helping me set up a seperate account so that if he leaves he doesn't take everything.

Those don't have good reviews. Plus it would be better if you could pick one up today. What stores are near you? Walmart? Staples? etc

Also look into natural remedies/OTC for your anxieties/depression. St. John's Wart and 5HTP are good ones.

Went to radio shack and Wal-Mart no VARs in stock. My phone worked well. I just turned it on silent and Velcroed it under the seat. I did a few tests for best sound quality while driving. under the drivers seat it picked up too much road noise so I went with under the center back seat. Nothing yet. I turned it on silent. yeah it sucks to not have my phone on me (cause it is my current phone) but worth it for the time being until I can get a VAR.
