Yesterday I exposed to the OW mother, father, best friend, brother, I posted on my facebook page exposing to all of WH's and I mutual friends. I haven't sent a letter to OW employer yet. As I am already recieving major backlash( from ow side) Our friends and family havent gotten envolved other than prayers! Doing best to just let it roll off me! WH is still only "speaking" with OW. I know because let's just say I know where he's at and goes! Its just a matter of time! Still sleeping with and hiding his phone from me. Attempted to speak with him today and he behaves like we are separated and living in the same house! Again I stated what I need from him! and he proceeds to tell me " all I hear is a whole lotta YOU" I asked what he wants! What does he need! Again, no answer! I said things need to change with us but if your not willing I will have to make a decision on my own! Then he blurts out " there is no us" How much longer should I wait for him to leave? I really don't want to be the one to leave the house. Especially need to keep the kids routine as normal as possible with school getting ready to start! Our oldest son has become withdrawn! WH doesn't seem to notice! If something doesn't happen this weekend Im going to have to get out of here! I'm becoming depressed! Is it insane that I miss the love and the affection? I feel like i should only be angry but Im not! I've already made an appointment to see my doctor. Hopefully he can help! Just can't take it much longer. WH is completely withdrawn and doesn't care what I choose to do! Hes alreadt mentioned that I can have half the savings! So time to pack the bags and go!

Divorce looks like the only option left! We've been down this road once too many! We live in a no-fault state so there's not much I can do as far as consideration of the infidelity. Does anyone have experience with the OW or OM having a criminal record and how that may play into keeping the OW away from my children?!?

He wants to stay in the same house while treating you like crud. Unacceptable.

If he wants to keep his home he should stop breaking it.

Pack his bags and put them by the door. Calmly ask him where he will be staying unless he cuts off all contact with OW.

In the meantime, make Plan B preps. You may simply have to make sure he comes home to changed locks. You can send your Plan B letter to his friends or family and send his stuff to a storage facily or a friends house. Get started so you can do this very soon.

Get great legal advice, particularly on OWs record.

Legal advice and protecting your marital funds from a crazy wayward are Plan B priorities. Move all the cash and go see a lawyer.

We've had posters, whose OM/OW had a criminal record, and were able to get full custody of the children and have the decree written to state that the OW/OM aren't allowed around the kids.

Find a lawyer that works for you and will fight for you.

Have you prepared for Plan B?
