Just wanted to check and see what the rest of you guys experienced when you were waiting for your spouse to come back to the marriage.
I find that any communication regarding the affair or our relationship is always initated by me. Sometimes he will talk -or I should say listen- sometimes you can tell he doesn't want to deal with it. I am learning to back off no matter what I need (don't want it to be a love buster). Someone suggested a journal - I'm gonna try that. In additoin, any time we are communicating he says very little. Either agress or is silent - like he is deep in thought.
Sound familiar or not?
------------------
H

dhj, I used a journal, and it came in very handy when we were putting our lives back together. My H has answered all my questions, but in time. I think sometimes he is so ashamed he doesn't want to talk about it. Here it is a year later and I still have questions, he has more trouble remembering the details now, boy I still do though. I can remember things he said or looks he gave me and especially I remember all the times he has lied to me. I think you and your H are going to be just fine, just hang in there....you still have a hard climb ahead.
