I have been living with my partner for 5 years. He's been seen another woman since March. She demanded that I leave his home and he and I have had several discussions. He send an 'ultimatum' through a laywer, telling me to leave by sep 16 but in our daily live everything goes as usual.
I haven't exposed to her family because I'm ot sure it's ok to do it if you are not married.

I'm sorry for the pain you must be suffering now.

Remember that because you two are living together, you probably haven't made formal vows to be faithful to each other. In a dating relationship, even one that involves living together, it's fair for each person to date others.

Living together is a really bad idea, because it often creates a permanent Renter's mentality. Have you read this article? Living Together Before Marriage: Compatibility Test or Curse?

Whether you stay with your boyfriend or not, you should move out.

As to exposure, you can, but again, since you probably haven't formally vowed before witnesses (and God) to be faithful, you don't have a very strong stance to present.
