I had my yearly check up recently so I don't think that is an issue. Also he has one coming up and I'm to be notified by the doctor(A choice we picked)if he turns up with one.  Feeling really shell shocked...

Why don't you call the woman today and ask her what is going on? Your husband is obviously not telling you the truth. It is pretty clear he has a secret second life.
