I have noticed that the user activity in the daily reports sometimes shows but most often does not. Even when it does show up in the daily report, it doesn't seem to show all log on / log off times.

It shows in the user activity summary as switched on.

Does anyone have an idea why that is and how I can get it to consistently show any log on / log off times?

Frau, I am not sure of the answer but you can call them for technical assistance. Here is their support page: http://www.spectorsoft.com/support/?source=nav

I went back and read your old posts. Doesn't he know about the keylogger?

Thanks, MelodyLane. I'm reluctant to call them. I had to call them when I first installed the eblaster because of a problem. I'm outside the US and English is my 2nd language but the most difficulties arise because of my limited computer knowledge. The tech support guy I talked to was very patient and repeated himself over and over but it took a long time before I worked out the meaning of what he was saying. Just thinking about calling them gets my heart pounding but I will do it if there is no other way.

He isn't sure, MelodyLane, if I installed it because I never told him if I had and he never asked but of course he will be erring on the side of caution and presuming that I have installed it.

I'm not using the keylogger to check if he has any affairs. He knows that using his home computer for emails would be too risky now that I know what he is capeable of and snoop on him. I am using the keylogger to see if he looks at porn, which he is addicted to (took me a while to realize that).

Do you have everything switched to "on", Frau? You know the list that appears:

Chat/instant messages

Online searches

Website visited...

...right down to Facebook activity?

Do you have the status of all those switched to "on"?

Also, choose the option that allows you to get a report every time someone logs off. It may be that you haven't chosen that option, but have chosen the default "once a day" setting.

Go carefully through your settings and set them to the most frequent status available.

Thanks so much, sugarCane. I have my setting on 'once a day'. Looks like that's the problem. I'll try and change to 'every time someone logs off'. Not sure how to do that but will have a try. Might be back for some help with this.

I'm on the eBlaster control panel. It gives the option of
a) every: (insert number) of minutes
b) once a day (insert time).

I can't see any option of setting it to 'send report once someone logs off'.

I have now set it to every 60 minutes. Not sure if that'll work because I have trouble having enough alone time to check the once a day report, little own wading through 24 reports separately.

Oh, just found it under Preferences, General Options. It was on the correct 'send report when user logs off'. So that can't be the problem.

Make sure it's set that way for each user. You can set it up so that it doesn't report on certain users at all. There might be more options that I cannot remember now. Go through every page of every option and choose the most favourable.
