At this point I think the best thing you could do is go to an AlAnon meeting. Im a member and it helped me immensely.

JK, I appreciate the advice and I will go. When this first happened, I attempted to go to a meeting and got to the meeting location and couldn't find the room inside of the church they were meeting at. By the time I found it, I was like 20 minutes late. I should have tried again another day.
Question: Are you going to Alanon because your ex-wife was an alcoholic? And if so, why do you still go if you are divorced? I'm just curious. I don't know anymore than the basics regarding Alanon.
