I think i qualify, yet there still is the fact that my WW and i are still legally married and there is no divorce action filed.

Next month it will be 2 years since she moved out without any notice to get an apartment for herself, located in the same building that a younger sister has an apartment where the youngest brother lives with her, plus another brother has an apartment one floor lower.

It has now been 358 days since the last time she successfully picked up our S10 for a visit, with the exception of an aborted attempt to pick him up 22 days later that she bailed out on due to her stating that she was having too many anxieties to deal with him. (Her current affair partner broke up with her and was supposed to be moving out of her place, but they reconciled).

I finally filed for Child Support 2 1/2 months ago via our States Department Of Human Services. I just heard back from them this past week.

I take my son to all of his activities and volunteer at his school for every Class Party, from Kindergarten through 5th Grade.

He has attended karate lessons 3 times per week for nearly 2 years and goes to Catechism Class 1 day per week, along with belonging to Cub Scouts/Webelows ever since the middle of 1st Grade and later this month will be Bridging over to Boy Scouts, which will entail 1 meeting every week and 1 camp out each month.

I encourage him to continuously read and he averages about 50 minutes every single day.

I continue seeing an IC for myself, who previously was our MC, and he has assisted me by waiving the co-pay not covered by my WW's family insurance coverage.

What else should we discuss?

You are doing all you can.

Being WW is not living single, but shacking up. I think you should plan B.

Thanks for sharing LTL!

I have 3 children. DS11, DD 9 DD 7
Im divorced, my wife had an affair and lives with her affair partner.
I currently have full custody and she has supervised visitation, 2 hrs weekly.

Something you dads may be interested in is the Lowe's Craft Club.
Lowe's stores have free craft projects for kids monthly.
They get an apron, hammer and patches for each craft completed.
My kids all enjoy it
