I live in NC and am considering an alienation of affection/criminal conversation lawsuit. Just wondering if anybody on MB has experience with this? If so, would love to talk.

I only know one person that went through with it and she said it cost quite a bit of money (which she borrowed from her family). The only thing she received was hearing the OW admit, under oath, that she was sleeping with a married man.

Sorry I don't have any practical advice for you.

If you can afford it, I think it's a great idea.
