I will get to reading the LB book tonight. Perfect!! I believe you are right the OM does not fight with her. However on that 6+ hour phone conversation I listened to he cut her off more than 20 times. She has a huge issue when I do this however when he did it ... it was like it never happened. I even said something about it after the fact and she defended him. It makes me feel like I am going nuts sometimes. It doesn't matter if the OM cuts her off and she doesn't complain. It matters that you stop doing it immediately. The reason the OM gets away with it is because her lovebank for him is FULL so it doesn't bother her. Yours is in the red.

I have stopped a lot of the things I use to do over the years for her and am willing to stop others once we move forward with a plan (I dont really do much of anything now other than work and take care of my kids). Sorry for the rant just putting some of it out there. What are the things you did that annoyed her? I use to spend a lot of time tinkering in the garage working on different things building stuff, fixing stuff for other people (for a price of course). I worked a lot. I have given up walked away from most of my friends because of her. I have not had any contact with someone of the opposite sex in years other than family and what was absolutely necessary this was because of her extreme jealousy. If she didn't like me doing something I would act like I didn't care but normally stop doing what she didn't like. She does not like me playing video games so I stopped that (OM plays a lot) from what I have been told. Ect ect.

Well she came over tonight to bake a cake for daughters birthday party this weekend. Continued to say I was acting "weird". No fighting at all. The opportunity presented itself multiple times but I just brushed it off. Not sure if weird is a good thing yet or not. Dr appt in the am

And you should expose as planned to the OM's facebook contacts as we discussed earlier. Did you expose? Did you post OM on Cheaterville and Playerblock? Exposure is extremely important

Well I sure do feel a little crazy but I will ignore and continue plan A ing. Have not completed theFB exposure yet. He is on cheaterville. I'm waiting on one more thing before I do the FB exposure. I have not forgotten about it. Went to find a VAR yesterday and only thing I saw were regular VR.

At the doctor now going to get tested while I am here. The VAR seems like it is theway to go though. All the VR I saw were pretty bulky. Not to mention the voice activated one will make sure I don't forget to hit record.

You should include those links with your exposure; the exposure needs done asap. It should ideally be done in one day

Yes short back story is on cheaterville along with a photo. Have not uploaded any proof as of yet. Was planning on doing that before the FB exposure. Already has like 4k views last time I checked.

Consistently doing plan A is quite difficult. Makes for some extremely long days. I have fought for a lot of things in my life but this is by far the most difficult battle I have ever gone through. Does it get any easier with time?

So is it odd that I get very frustrated with the whole FB thing? Even if she is no longer continuing the affair why would she keep her public view as separated and interested in men. I also find it crazy that while she was with OM she had FB conversations with some of her ex's. Just looked one of them up tonight and she is friends with one of them again. She has her friends set to where I can only see who we are mutual friends with.
