What everyone is asking is impossible to prove. Maybe she is having an affair at the Fitness centre. Maybe she is in a relationship. Despite what MelodyLane says, it's not something you can prove as easily as she says you can. My wife is totally detached from me, and spends 3 hours a day at a fitness centre. She has many relationships at the fitness centre, and is very friendly. What difference does it make?! She is emotionally gone. Assume she is having an affair. What is the next step!

The gym is often the cause of affairs. Three hours! Hire a PI - it's not impossible at all.

Three hours at the gym at you didn't suspect an affair? Is she training for Miss Universe?

It takes two days to catch a cheater. We coach people to do it every day. If your wife is having her affair out of the gym it will be child's play to catch her.

You can use spyware and vars which make it even easier.

My H was having his affair inside a private residence, one he had a legitimate reason to visit. I caught him with no gadgets.

She is emotionally gone because you are not her love focus any more. Someone else is. Kill that and problem solved.

3 hours? She is clearly having an affair. Both my h and I used to compete and we didn't even spend that much time in the gym! Let alone leaving a 2 year old behind to do so. Call a PI today and get this resolved in 1-3 days.

You can't fight a battle blind - you need to know who/what/where.

It's not like that...there is childcare at the club, and it's a racquet club. It's a social centre for stay at home Moms with $$$. How would a PI get access to a private club? Assuming that the affair is emotional (which in all liklehood is the case) how would a PI discover that? I mean really, a morning racquet club for mom's dropping off their kids is where my wife is potentially having a steamy hookup with dome dude? Ok. Sure. Whatever. What's the next step then?

I mean really, I have shared everything, and the consistent response I am getting is "She is having an affair..." Save me the $1600 and assume she is. What is the first step in busting the affair? I am assuming non-confrontation. Please help. This is my life here, not a game.

Okay, let's assume she is. How do you expect to break it up when you don't know who it is and where it is happening?

Nobody is offering next step advice because you are fighting and resisting the first step.

Nobody here thinks this is a game. But you are resisting the obvious. Sir, imy kids are the same age as yours. I can assure you as a SAHM, I could, if my boundaries were poor, easily find childcare dropoff, Facebook time for hours, etc. If my H was at work. SAHM with babies younger than yours have been busted on here before.

For a PI, it is very easy. Pay a drop in rate and stand beside her when she talks on the phone. They deal with a lot tougher cases than her!

You've been told what to do - snoop. A private gym isn't the white house. A PI with half a brain can get in. Not to mention checking how long she is actually there or who she leaves with

Have you done any snooping at all? Checked her stuff or passwords? Verified her whereabouts? Purchased snooping tools?

If you want to avoid this, fine, it's your choice.

The next step is to get his name, address, marital status and occupation. We can't move forward until that happens.

Ok, so her laptop has a password on it. How do I obtain that password? I can't install a keylogger, because I can't get access to the computer. Should I install a camera? If you have suggestions on how I can obtain her laptop password, please let me know.

It would be helpful to know the type of laptop, but in general, you can get around the password by booting the laptop on a system recovery or system install disk. You can also try mounting the laptop's hard disk as an external disk on a computer that you have administrator privileges.

I don't know about current operating systems, or which one you have running now, but you used to be able to open up in Safe Mode to bypass the administration account password.
