Hello,
I am in need of some advice. I caught my husband of 23 years in an affair with a subordinate of his who is 20 years his junior. He refused to go to counseling or to stop seeing her, and he showed zero remorse. So, I asked him to move out. He gladly went, and moved right in with her. I did not report him to his employer as he has a really good job and we have kids in college. Eight months later, his mistress got caught stealing from the company. Somehow they both got fired. he claims he did not know she was stealing, and is suing. In a downstairs closet I found a stash of items that he stole from his former employer. Should I give these items to the co. or stay out of it? He has treated me worse than a dog and does not want to give me a dime in the divorce. I dont want to be bitter and vengeful, but I am struggling with this.

Dr. Harley would encourage you to return the items to the employer.
Also, you should be advised that if it is stolen property you could face consequences if the police found stolen property in your home.
You need to contact the company right away.
