I just wanted to say thank you to all the 'experts' on this forum. I never posted my story here out of humiliation (I know, Im a coward) but read this forum avidly daily for many months. The techniques and tactics here absolutely saved my marriage. As of now we are 13 months past D-Day, and our marriage right now is better than its ever been. Its still a work in progress, obviously, but we are 10000% in a better place than we were last year. I cannot thank you all enough for unknowingly helping to save my marriage and make my life so much better. Reading all of your stories, reading all of your advice to other BS, seeing your words of encouragement to others in the same situation as I was gave me the tools that I needed to fix my marriage. So thank you. One thousand times, thank you. Im not naive enough to think everything is already perfect, but its a heck of a lot more perfect than it was last year at this time. Again, thank you.
To all the other BS here, exposure really is as essential as they say. Exposure and sticking to the program laid out here is a huge reason why today Im happier than Ive been in 6 years. Im learning to trust my husband again and learning to really accept the love that he gives me after so long. Of course, it doesn't always fix everything. Unfortunately, not every story is happy. Unfortunately even sticking to the program 1 million percent doesnt absolutely guarantee recovery, but it is the best darn shot you will ever get, anywhere. Listen to the experts here, the veterans. They know what they are talking about. I wish I could give you all of the hope in my heart that I feel today. I know how much pain you are in because last year I was in exactly your spot. Don't give up. Follow the program as they have given it to you. Even if I don't comment on your post, know that Im praying for each and every single one of you daily.

BH- I do listen to the radio show, almost every day. Its also been very helpful! I hadn't written to Dr Harley until somewhat recently.
