My cousin's wife recently gave birth to a premature baby named Luke. He has had a surgery for a hole in his intestine. Please pray for his health. He is in childrens hospital. The parents names are Ben and Wendy. Young couple. Dr. Harley sent them Fall In Love Stay In Love for their wedding last year.

I am praying for Luke and his parents. That he will be healed and that Ben and Wendy have strength during this difficult time.

Sir,
Here is the recent update.
Thank you for your prayers.

Luke is now up to 12 mL of food every 3 hours. They've decided not to fortify his milk until he is able to absorb everything.
He did has some trouble breathing when they turned down the oxygen a couple days ago, so they turned it back up. The doctors believe that he might still be sick, so they will keep him on antibiotics for a while longer. They've also decided to do a lower body ultrasound to see if he might have an abscess that would be causing him to not get better. Lots of tests to come.

UPDATE #55 DAYS AGO

Luke is doing much better since his surgery last week. He is able to keep his oxygen and is almost 3.5 pounds!!! The optometrist has seen him twice now and says that his eyes are developing so well that he won't need another eye exam for two weeks (instead of weekly). Finally working back to full feedings and slowly weening IV fluids.
He is still having some minor bradycardia here and there, but it's not as severe as before. We finally got to put some clothes on him! Look at that cute outfit smile
