I could really use some help in fighting off my decade-long love-addiction for an emotionally-abusive sex-addict. Please help me pray for the strength to resist communication with him as to give me a chance to salvage my future for my son and for myself. Please help me pray to find the worth and love in myself that I so desperately long for in others. Please help me pray to think rationally; as not to dwell in remorse for my abuser. I am really really struggling. Please help me pray to firmly understand that I am doing the right thing for my son and for myself. I feel selfish asking for prayer from others for myself... But this is my first step in truly believing that I am worth something.
