It didn't specifically say anything about the Password Protection, so I "Assume" tgat by plugging Both Devices into the computers USB Ports, that it somehow automatically bypasses the Login Password, or secondary utility App passwords.

I didn't notice if they had a Ask A Question tab to inquire about that. Did you?

It says the above. I wonder if there is another stick that doesn't require the PIN or password?

I'm not up on what's Inside my phone?

I "Think" I have a SIM Card, but it could be just a memory chip.

What would it be called if it's Not a SIM Card?

It depends on your service provider and the phone manufacturer. I do know IPhones through Verizon have SIM Cards
