I'm just wanting to tell my story and vent a bit. I'm divorced, my ex was a verbally abusive man who I was married to for 25 years. Yeah, I know, my own fault. The only reason why it lasted that long was 1. My 2 boys. 2. He worked 3 to 11 so we crossed paths only on weekends. My boys are now older and understand. I remarried my high school sweetheart who should have been my husband of 25 years. Im Happier than ever... But... Yeah, there's always a but...he has health issues and has ED. The first year was great, he was taking [censored] meds unbeknownst to me. Truth came out, the meds aren't really working anymore, he feels awful and guess what? So do I. It just figures, the bum I married I didn't want to have ANYTHING to do with sexually, and my husband who I can't get enough of ... Can't. Yeah....

Has he been to a good doctor?

Yes, he has been to a doctor. He needs to lose weight, which as I know, is not easy at 52 years old. He is trying but it's such a slow process. I need to ask for what I need sexually, but I still haven't got over this initial BUMP, I guess I'm just really sad right now. We have been together 2 1/2 years.

Are they putting him on a new medicine along with diet and exercise or just needs to lose weight?

How much UA time are you getting?

Also....does he look at porn and/or masturbate? Have you snooped?

Long term masturbation habit causes ED.

No new diet, he's just tryin to cut back on the junk food. No porn or masturbation, I have checked. I'm getting plenty of UA, we are very affectionate, he meets every other need. I know I meet his too. I told him today, at breakfast, I miss that sexual part of our relationship, that's all I said so we will see what happens. I don't want to "beat a dead horse" so to speak... Lol. You have 7 children between you both, wow, that's s juggle ... How old is your oldest?

How much UA time are you getting a week? What are you doing on your dates?

We are together ever night after work and weekends. We have a great time together, going to concerts, movies. We are best friends. I know I need to bring this subject up again. It's been 3 months now and no sex. I did say something last week, of course, we both have the flu since then so that put a damper on me bringing it up again. This just sucks! I adore him and would love to have our sex life back.. Ughh
