If your husband claims to be willing to recover and if that is your wish as well, you may want to tell him he has 1 month to resign before you expose his drug habit to the employer.

Thanks happyheart but I'm afraid it's too late for us now. I'm honestly worn out from everything I've been through with him over the years and specifically this affair that I discovered mid December. It's time to focus on me now.
