Started a divorce group today. Been 39 days now since she left and still sometimes a ball of pain. I am coping. It helped to talk it out...and cry.

Some things are bothering me about your approach. It struck me in your SAA thread, that you are not emotionally stable and you didn't find a solution together with your doctor to become more stable.

You are not a psychologist. Every wayward acts like a narcissist, but that doesn't mean she has a personality disorder. You are not qualified to diagnose her.

I did what I have wanted to do for years. I started boxing and bagging all her crap... And stored it all in the master...exactly in the mess I found it in. The house is now clean. It felt so good.
To me, this comes across as an angry outburst. You punished her by boxing her things and disguised it as "cleaning up". "It felt so good.." Every angry outburst feels good, but does damage.

Can't go zero contact because if the Kids. But I am using the greystone method if dealing with her. Not feeding Ber attempts to hurt me.
I am assuming you mean the Grey Rock method. According to Google, this is a way to deal with psychopaths. Again, you are not qualified to diagnose personality disorders.

To me, it seems you are in desperate need of professional advice. I strongly urge you not to act on your instincts, but to mail Joyce and Dr. Harley.
