Hi Folks - Within the last week or so the Harley's mentioned on an episode of the radio show a city that encouraged its residents to go out drinking & partying which sounds bizarre to me & I want to research why a city would want to encourage such behavior. Does anyone know of what city they were referring to? If so please advise.

IIRC, that was on the July 19 show ... I can't remember the city, though. And I could be remembering the day wrong.

Yeah, they didnt mention the city in the show or Id just go back and re-listen (which is good anyway) but I know they just said theres a city...
