Hey, Mitzi!
I've been white water rafting in WVA! And I'm looking forward to heading up to Harper's Ferry soon to go leaf peeping. It's always been one of my favorite quiet places.
--HBC
(Not an island--but maybe a fortress...)

People just don't realize how nice it is here. Think it might have something to do with all the WV jokes??!! ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/grin.gif)
Mitzi ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)

Hi Everyone,
Well so far it looks like I am the only one here from the San Fransisco Bay area.
Actually I live in Fremont, about 30 minutes from the home of the Oakland A's.

Brown Eyes, I used to live in the San Francisco Bay Area. My family is still there so I do get to visit once a year. I know where Fremont is. I have friends who live there. I used to work in Hayward. Small world, isn't it?
Brown Eyes:
I grew up in The City. It will always be home to me. My mom still lives there, in the fog belt. When things get bad I think about living there, but you know what they say...you can't go home again...
All the best. --HBC

Mel, You had to dig deep to find this thread didn't you...
The last post before yours was 8+ years ago....
I have no home... I'm a rambler... I've been everywhere...
And Mel...Yes I was a yankee transplant in Texas at one time... That's were I met my WW.
Plaquimines Parish Louisianna definition of a yankee; If you live north of the belle chasse tunnel (Which is south of New Orleans) ... You're a Yankee...
