OK, it's not really a tour, but we thought it would be fun to imagine a tour of all the historic scandalous places in and around Washington. Instead we'll just get together and have some fun.<P>June 23 is the date, but the location and time are still open for suggestions. It makes sense to target the location for easy accessibility, e.g., near a Metro stop if within the city. (Does the Watergate have a bar?)<P>All are welcome. To avoid cluttering this forum, please RSVP to DCScandals@yahoo.com so we can make sure we get a location big enough (or small enough). Send suggestions for locations to this address also. I'll update this post to provide info such as location, etc. when news is available.<P>Please keep in mind that this gathering is for fun. The organizers have concluded that we don't want this to turn into a therapy session. Hi cleo - absolutely NOT limited to DC locals!! We need somebody from reality!! Even we local BSs may be in our own Federal Fog. Just bring a sleeping bag and a toothbrush and someone will take you in, I bet. HI JL - well, of course, the locals will still be around, if not fully functional. There hasn't been any discussion about making it a full weekend, but if folks like cleo come in, obviously they would need to stay Saturday night. So doing something Sunday - even just to get Just Learning's autograph - can work. Not local. I am a southerner. I have family that has lived up there. We ate there during the inaugral weekend.<P>SKM- I had to get the street name from soemone else. I couldn't tell you what the intersection is.

While you are all roaming around the DC area--Check out Blackies in the Springfield area. Its a dance club and steak/primerib place. That's where my ex met his OW and where he also introduced my son to his girlfriend and now wife.
