How infuriating for you! Sorry I don't know if this is legal or not but I wouldn't think so. Is she bluffing to make you mad?

WHAT?!!! Oh my goodness, is she in the fog or what? The things they come out with! I'm sorry, I have no idea about the legality of it all, or whether you can get a court order to prevent her from doing this. Just wanted to let you know I sympathise...
Paint.

Hey if the Mayor of NY tried to move his mistress in he and his wife's house then nothing surprises me. And the MAYOR lost that fight. The judge said NO WAY! And they are seperated at this point on there way to a divorce i believe. It was on the cover of People magazine a few weeks ago.

NTK,
Who owns the ranch? Do you and your wife own it jointly? This could make a big difference. Part of the issue here is use of marital assets. I know that people do it all the time but you have a say in how marital assets are used. For one thing, if they guy does move in then perhaps he needs to pay rent and utilities.
You need to get a lawyer asap.

------------------
He loves not who does not show love.
----William Shakespeare
