Have been reading many of the posts here for the last few weeks. My H has emotionally and physically removed himself from our relationship. He comes home when his schedule permits to be with the children. He is carrying on his affair when he is away from us. I have been trying to Plan A with him since discovered the A in April. Sometimes I feel like I am being used. I feel like I am the only one trying to provide hope for our relationship. Many of my attempts are seen by H as attempts to manipulate him. At times he seems like my old husband and then turns around and becomes incredibly cruel.
I tried to start plan B with him, but he will not follow through and comes into our life whenever he feels like it. What to do now?

Plan A is very hard - because you're doing all the work, when you're the one that's been hurt. I would suggest a counselling session with Steve Harley. Hopefully you'll get a few more bits of advice from the others if I bump you back up to the top too.
Hang in there, Paint.

Thanks for the encouragement. Have a tentative appointment scheduled for next Thursday. Hope it helps.
