So, besides the obvious like the lack of intimacy, affection, avoidence, secret phone calls, etc., what kinds of hints were there from your WS that something had changed or was different, like the A. Besides the above, my W started listening to country music a few months before I knew about the A. She never listened to country music before and I avoided listening to it while she was around because I knew she didn't like it. I wonder what it was about that music this time? And no, "I feel like a woman" was not on the play list at the time. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/wink.gif)

SG - I think your observations are typical. My wife suddenly became Catholic from growing up Methodist, became defensive of OM instead of ridiculing him, and even said she wanted to take up sky diving.
But the real kicker was the "glow" she acquired - that obvious look and attitude that come with falling in love, or what she thought was love.
WAT

yep,
hmmmmm..... New interest in stylish clothes...not just stylish, but like sexy clothes (in a guy way sexy) consistently wearing cologne to work (OW was a co-worker) and not wearing it other times... buying a new sharp sporty vehicle... Working long hours, leaving really early for work...Getting really defensive when I casually (and innocently) asked where he had been or what he had been up to (And I wasn't even suspcicous... I was just asking to make conversation!!!!)
He was short-tempered and turned little things into arguments and was angrier than I have ever seen him... CDs that I knew he had not bought or would not buy show up at our house and then disappear again (she had given them to him to listen to because of ceratin songs that reminded her of him -yuck) Unexplained sudden teariness and seriousness and "I love you" (He was feeling torn at those times)
A million different things I should've seen in hindsight but I never imagined my H was capable.

My H became really mean and suspicious. It was wierd, I had NO IDEA what was the problem, andhe began snooping inthe computer, wouldnot let me go anywhere alone, it wasso not likehim. finally after 2 weeks of it I decided to check his email and found out a nugget to what was the problem. Allis so good now though, but i swear it seemed like invasion of the body snatchers at my house, He is back to the good part of him , and all that negative part is not around. THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maine
------------------
IN the words of BOB the BUILDER!!" WE can fix it, yes we can!!!"
